does it lock into each of the 9 positions (do you press a button to change position)?

Dear customer Yes, it locks into each of 9 positions, And there is no button needed to adjust this tablet stand. you can just change the position by your hand. Hope that help Have a nice day

Will it fit a 10.1 inch tablet?

I use it for the Ipad air 2 and it is perfect but am not sure if I would put a bigger tablet on it

Will this stand hold new iPad pro 12.9?

Just had a quick look at the spec. The 12/9 is only about 1.4 inches larger than mine, so on that basis, I cannot see a problem. I stuck a 12" lever arch file on, and it supported that with no problem.

would this be okay to use with the iPad Pro as a drawing stand Thanks

Hi, This Universal desktop tablet holder works with all 4 to 11 inches mobile phones and tablets, it is stable and reliable. It can be used with the iPad Pro as a drawing stand. Hope this helps.
