Zepham's Paraffin Gauze (10x30cm) is a sterile, antimicrobial wound dressing designed for professional and home use. Featuring a low-adhesive paraffin layer, it minimizes pain during dressing changes while allowing optimal wound drainage. Packaged in a ready-to-use sterile format, it supports effective healing when used with topical antibiotics or antiseptics.

## Description

Medical sterile paraffin gauze is soft and non-medical, making it ideal for use with topical antibiotics or antiseptics. It is soothing and low adherence and allows the wound to drain freely into an absorbent secondary dressing. Information for use: 1. Skin preparation a) Clean the wound and surrounding area with saline solution. b) Dry the skin around the wound. 2. Dressing application a) Choose the appropriate size of the dressing, tear off the pack (or tear off the bottom end of the roll. Remove protective paper, use gloves and tweezers, cover the wound with a single wound dressing and contact directly with the wound surface. b) If necessary, use a second layer of the dressing, use a firm bandage or a firm roll of the dressing to be fixed. 3. Dressing change: 1) The replacement of the second layer of the dressing, cannot replace the vaseline gauze. The replacement frequency depends on the wound condition and ranges from one day to two times a week. 2) If the dressing sticks to the wound, the wound dressing can be removed by the sterile saline solution.
