Great Taste and Very Effective!
I've been taking it consistently and I can definitely feel the difference in my recovery and muscle soreness. It's very effective.It tastes good, mixes well with just water and has a really good, smooth chocolate flavour that isn't too artificial, gives too much sweet flavour when mixed with milk.Overall, a high-quality protein, good for beginners and value for money. Expensive than other protein sources 24 protein in 39 gm
If you are student or don't buy just eat 4 whole eggs it cost less than this it have approx 620 gm protein in 2200 and eggs in 900 rs give 720 gm protein however its good product tase quality and easy to digest if you have enough money then gon with this

Cause bloating and extra digestion..stomach feels full with normal diet
I have tried at least 2-3 different whey protein earlier and even plant based protin too. Everything was ok. But this one I am really regretting. It caused too much bloating, and unnecessary farts. I will never buy this one again.
