I was really doubtful that this product was going to work. But I was surprised. I have extremely bad periods with a lot of cramping. This product is great for that and for the headaches that come along with it. It doesn't really help with bloating

I actually have a fear of taking pills.... I was afraid that these weren't going to do much... For me personally , they did okay and they don't have caffeine so that also helps because i'm sensitive to caffeine.... Overall I thought they were pretty good.

Caffeine makes my menstrual cramps much worse so I always opt for caffeine free pain relief meds. The only issue is that I can’t ever find caffeine free over the counter meds in stores! These kick in quickly and I can immediately feel a sense of relief once my body stops tensing from the cramping. It reduces much more symptoms too. I’m not sure if the medication itself causes me to feel drowsy or if it’s simply just my body finally relaxing once my cramping and headache goes away, but I do get sleepy once they start working.
