Ideal travel backpack
Perfect , used on a trip to Maui . Size is great, all the pockets held everything needed from the beach to the boat . Used hiking in the rain and everything stayed dry , It folds nicely into a self contained pocked , perfect for travel . Great value and well made !

I like this. Would recommend if you are on a budget.
I've used this on a few hikes now, and it worked really well. The many pockets are useful for keeping things separated (like an interesting rock that has dirt on it) and the two mesh pockets on the side work very well for holding insulated water bottles. I also love how it folds into itself for storage. The only issue I've found is that the straps are a little shorter than I would prefer, as I like having looser packs to easily swing on and off and get a little breeze between my back and the backpack. However, just about everyone else I know likes their packs tight against them so it probably won't be an issue for most people.

Great backpack & so compact!
This was the coolest little backpack. It arrived all folded up compact in a cute little square. You unzip it and it transforms into this backpack. Very lightweight and holds a lot of stuff. We took this on a trip to Zion and it held multiple water bottles, my camera, wallet, keys, beanies, gloves, and snacks. The bungees on the front can even hold a towel or sweatshirt in place. It was definitely very handy and something I'm sure I'll use over and over again.

Cheap materials
It would definitely be good for a day hike, but no more I used it for a 3 day hike and it broke on my way up the mountain because I try and pack light but put to much for just a day pack to handle

Missed 5 stars by just a bit; 4.5 overall
I have been looking for a packable backpack to take on trips or short day excursions. My 60-yr old Coleman day packs finally bit the dust! I tried the flimsy nylon ones that pack down to almost nothing. Hated them. All were mostly one big compartment. Like carrying your stuff in one of those disposable plastic grocery bags. All of those allowed my water bottle to routinely drag the pack down or fall out. This is nearly the perfect pack, and still a nice lighter weight. For travel, it will probably just lay flat in my suitcase and take up less space that way. This is strictly a day pack for light use so don't expect tough hiking features. PROS: The pack has some structure, with an inner lining and an outer water repellent fabric. It won't save the contents from a downpour (the zippers don't completely close, for one thing). It does pack down into a slightly larger self-pocket with a loop for clipping onto a belt. It is a nice size - not huge, not small. Fits me (5'6"). I love the outer lacing for tucking in a jacket or sweater so it won't drag. The water bottle pockets are ok. They hold my Healthy Human 24 oz bottle with room to spare, though I am using a short elastic mitten clip to provide more secure storage. As with most of these packs, the elastic bottle pockets are not great because the top edge is too loose. They fit my 16 oz bottle well as that bottle has a neck right at the elastic top. Excellent organization: There is a big main compartment, with a deep zippered inner pocket on the back side. Outside, there's a large and deep zippered pocket, and a second zippered pocket outside of that one - it's also the self-storage pocket. You can use the fabric loop inside that pocket as a key ring. The shoulder straps are surprising comfortable for a pack like this. Solid, not webbed, not padded. But they are soft enough not to rub bare skin. CONS: The outside zippers unzip way too easily all by themselves. I solved that by using some small anti-theft zipper clips. The exterior zipper tabs (and maybe the zipper closure) appear to be plastic. So those might not be too durable with heavy use. The toggle to adjust the elastic lacing doesn't lock down tightly; it slides open under pressure. I fixed that by knotting the excess cord below it. It is certainly possible to get a better quality toggle but is it worth it? Probably not. OVERALL: Highly recommended for function, style, and price. I accidentally ordered it in the tan color (true to the web page), so I worry about it showing all the scuffs. It's an attractive neutral color and I'm keeping the pack.

Happy with this purchase, lightweight but holds a lot.
This is pretty small but has good quality. Lots of pockets of that is something you want. I love this for holding things for fishing and birdwatching trips. It is lightweight and you can roll it up when not in use. For something so lightweight it seems durable and held up well through a few washings. And I love the beige color.

A good all-purpose lightweight bag.
This has become my preferred bag as a 'personal item' carry-on for flying, and as a daypack when traveling. The size is just right to hold my phone, iPad mini, and Kindle, a power bank, some snacks, an umbrella, and even an overshirt or thin cardigan, or room for minor shopping. The multiple pockets are great for keeping things organized. I've had it for a year, and it is still in good condition. The side pockets are too short to hold a tall water bottle securely, but I now use rinsed-out fitness-beverage bottles, which are short and wide, and fit well.

Great buy!
Great piece of kit for holiday. Carries our rock shoes, dry bag, water bottles and suntan lotion. Much sturdier than the price would have you believe. Extremely lightweight. Straps are not the comfiest but I have worn it for several hours a day for the last month. Great purchase 😁

Lightweight but great value
Great value for short period or lightweight use. This isn't going to be suitable for a 5 day trek to carry 20kg. The straps are not padded but the backpack is fairly well made and lightweight enough that it can fold into itself. There are pouches on each side big enough for a water bottle or small flask.

Light and lots of compartments
It’s very light and holds more than you think. However it’s not at all sturdy. So not very protective for electrical items like tablets and phones. It’s comfortable to wear and not too big or small. It fits easily under plane seats. The sides have pockets great for bottles and other easy to get to items. There’s 3 zip compartments and one small one in the biggest one. you could easily pop it into a washing machine too so that’s always a win! I would use it again for sure

Worth every penny, an absolute Godsend on holiday!
This rucksack is such good value! Loved the colour. I got it for my holiday ‘just in case’ but ended up using it every single day. Lots of compartments and so comfy to carry even when full. Pretty good quality considering v the cost, definitely looks more expensive. I will be recommending this to my friends for their holidays for sure! Such a bonus it folds up too ✨

Not great
Comes crumpled, seems too small. The bag itself does not feel strong enough or like it'd be sturdy
