the Dual connector is a great way to be able to plug this into a computer USB or a phone USBC. It has great storage capabilities.

Works good, but if you have a thick/military case on your phone.. you'll have to take it off everytime you use it. Otherwise, it won't fit. It's more designed for devices WITHOUT cases.

I wish one would come with the phone when you purchase the phone. Very helpful for saving what is important to you. Just plug it in to your phone and start saving the files you want to keep.

First off, it works well as a storage device. you you need to move files between a phone and a computer, it work for that just fine. However, I bought these hoping to connect it to my 3d printer and a computer, then to share the drive to the network and basically be able to drop file into my 3d printer remotely. That cannot work though, the drive is only accessible by one machine at a time. using a USB to female USB C cable, I connected it to two laptops. it either drops altogether, or only remains accessible on the machine it was first plugged into regardless of which end is used.

This USB is completely unusable. It shows up as “No Media” which means the storage either doesn’t exist or isn’t functioning at all. There is nothing to format and no way to fix it. I tried multiple USB ports and confirmed the issue in Disk Management this is a defective product straight out of the package. It never worked. Save your time and buy a reliable brand.

While these drives are convenient as it has both USB-A and USB-C connectors and the size is good for the price. The major downside to these is that the speed is abysmal, especially for USB-C. Why even have a USB-C connector if the drive won't run at USB-C speeds. Even after re-formatting the drives multiple times with different settings the drives are just down right slooooooow. You're better off getting a cheaper USB-A 3.0 compliant drive and using an adapter than going with these drives. I'm giving them 3 stars because of the features for the size, but taking off 2 stars for the slow speed.
