Si te es útil mi opinión agradecería dieras click al botón "me gusta". El producto es excelente si lo que buscas es no perder masa muscular mediante catabolismo. Si eres una persona que está en fase de definición, estás en dieta y no quieres perder musculo este es tu suplemento. Para incrementar fuerza es muy útil así como para evitar los dolores por ácido láctico. No te lo recomiendo si eres un atleta avanzado que carga mucho peso sin sentir "agujetas" al otro día, ya que no te será útil o en el otro extremo si eres alguien que no entrena pesado. El sabor es muy fuerte así que te recomiendo lo mescles con un jugo o con algún suplemento saborizado, en mi caso compré una máquina para hacer las capsulas y asunto arreglado. El empaque recomienda hacer tres tomas de un gramo en las comidas pero a mi me ha funcionado tomar un gramo antes del entreno, otro gramo media hora después del entreno y un gramo en la cena. Si no vas a entrenar, reducir en un gramo la ingesta, es decir hacer dos tomas de un gramo, es la mejor opción para eficientar el suplemento.

I had heard about this product on a women's health podcast that was specifically talking about how older people do not process protein the same and we need more protein as we get older to maintain muscle mass. Supposedly this product can help with building and maintaining of muscle, so I wanted to try it. I had also read that this is one of the supplements Tony Horton had used to help him recover after his illness. I have gotten back to working out consistently and being mindful of getting enough protein, which can be very challenging. I was supplementing with 3g per day of this HMB Powder and despite my resistance and HIIT training my muscles still felt soft to me. A way I could always tell was when I would cross my arms and feel my biceps, they felt pretty strong and not soft. I was still feeling soft and thought the HMB powder really wasn't benefiting me at all. However, I decided to give it more time because I heard it can take a month or more until your body starts to adapt to it. I think it was about a month and a half in I noticed my arms feeling strong again and even after missing a week or two of workouts they still felt strong. I do believe it is from the HMB Powder as I mentioned I was struggling before. I would be curious to go without it and see if I noticed a decline in my strength and mass without it, but after all the hard work and consistency I've had I'm not sure it's worth it to me. This product does not come with a scoop and suggests 1/3 of a tsp as a serving size, so I just eyeball it. I use it in my morning smoothie and do not notice any difference in taste. Sometimes I take a little bit more post workout just mixed with protein powder and also notice no additional flavor. My husband and I both take it and one pouch has lasted us quite a while with both of us taking it daily. I would definitely recommend it. Give it TIME and see if it works for you!

’ve been using BulkSupplements HMB and overall I’m very happy with the product itself. It mixes well, seems high quality, and I’ve noticed it helps with recovery and reducing soreness, especially after tougher workouts. It’s a straightforward supplement without a lot of unnecessary extras, which I like. The only downside is the packaging. The bag isn’t the easiest to work with—resealing can be a bit of a hassle, and scooping powder out can get messy. A more durable container or improved seal would definitely make a difference. Overall, the product delivers on performance and value. If they upgraded the packaging, it would be close to perfect.
