This product came with numerous pots of velveeta shells which was being delivered on the 30 Sep 22. All of these pots actually had a best before date of 30 Sep 22 so all went out of date on the day they where delivered which I have just noticed after eating one today. This is not acceptable.

For single-cup microwavable mac and cheese, this item is one of the best I’ve tried. Other brands in this category often have issues, such as overflowing during cooking, powder that doesn’t mix well, or a taste that’s just not quite right. This avoids those problems. The cheese comes as a gel rather than a powder, which mixes much more smoothly and results in a more consistent texture and flavor. The taste is noticeably better than most alternatives in this space, and the preparation is straightforward without the usual frustrations. It’s not going to compete with a full stovetop or homemade mac and cheese, but that’s not really the point. For quick convenience with minimal hassle, this is the one I consistently come back to. Overall, a reliable and well-executed option for fast, single-serve mac and cheese.

Unfortunately the autocorrect doesn’t allow me to type the name of the product without correcting it to just velvet. I used to get this product in a box, as opposed to a single serve cup. I love this product, even the newer version, because the cheese is the real deal. It’s great for a quick snack or kids meal, but I would prefer more product. I don’t think you get much more (if that) than 1/4 cup of shells and cheese, but still love this product.
