Easy dose of magnesium
I can not produce objective test results or anything, but I was pleasantly surprised that the daily dose of these drops carries around 250mg Magnesium which is not so easy to get on a normal diet. I like the idea of using drops which makes it easier to apply to all kinds of food. So for now I will keep trying them out some more.
