very tasty and easy to prepare… just shake

This is my third purchase of this brand in Amazon and my second international version. I previously purchased a flavour of the Japanese domestic version and it didn't really worked for me as the original American market version, so I purchased this one and as expected the results were the same as my first original American market version purchase. Flavor wise I am a bit unsure about it. I currently have three products with blue raspberry flavour and they all taste dramatically different from each other and two of them are from the same brand. The flavor of this one reminds me of Brazilian tutti frutti flavor for bubble gum and a few other items specially blue tutti frutti. I know that blue raspberry isn't a real fruit so I can understand some variation but not this much. Of the four flavours that I purchased to this day I can say that is my least favourite, not that it tastes bad. I just like the others more, to this day the peach iced tea flavor is my favourite. Currently I am mixing and taking to work two scoops worth of it in two liters of water to drink during the day. I work on construction and so a lot of weight lifting, crouching, bending down and straining during the day. This product helps me to prevent cramps and assist with muscle recovery and strengthening, I am less sore from work thanks to it. It is also starting to warm up and summer is coming, so its electrolytes will help a lot during the brutal Japanese summer.

不味くはない。 美味くもない。クセがありすぎることは無いが、薬品ぽさも少しある。 そしてとてもブルー。 いろんなレビューがその通りです。 ブルーレッ○を想像させるブルー。 エクステンド bcaa は、クエン酸を入れたら結局どれでもいいのかも知れない。 毎日飲むから直ぐに慣れる。 グレープ→マンゴー→ブラッドオレンジ→ピンクレモネード→レモンライム→ストロベリーキウイ→ブルーラズベリーと飲みました。 正直、最初から「美味しい」と感じたものは無いです。 ¥6000出したから、美味しいと思い込むようにして飲んでるだけ。 リピするならオレンジ

土日のフットサル中に、800mのブレンダーボトルに付属のスプーン約2杯、フットサル後に350mに付属のスプーン1杯で飲んでいます。 今まではただの水を飲んでいたため、日曜は疲れでコンディションが落ち、月曜は筋肉痛とだるさで大変でしたが、これを飲み始めたところ筋肉痛が来ません！！ 味はブルーラズベリーアイスにしましたが、アメリカのチェリーコーラとか大好きな自分にはとても美味しくごくごく飲めます。 ドクペ好きな方とかには合いますが、万人受けはしないかなという感じです。 色も青で美しくて、フットサル中ドやりながら飲んでます(笑) 何飲んでるんですか！？とよく声もかけられます。 兎に角自分には最高の1品でした。 ウォーターメロンも美味しいと聞くので、そのうち買ってみます。 ちなみに注文後4日で届きました！スレッガーさん並みに速い速すぎるよ！

I love this product so much. I have purchased it for use and it continues to be a staple in my cub board. I use it post work out as well as in the morning. It tastes great, hydrates well, and I do notice the difference of how I feel if I drink this after a workout. I highly recommend this!
