What is DMSO? DMSO is an organic bipolar solvent with an oily feel that is odorless and colorless. It was originally obtained during the processing of natural wood. Our DMSO (C2H6OS) has a certified purity of 99.9% and is filled in amber glass bottle. These glass bottles are lightweight and safe for solvents. For absolute safety, the lid is protected against shedding and diffusion. Storage should be dark and cool. DMSO has a freezing point of 18.5 ° C, which means that above this temperature it is liquid, but below it is solid. If it becomes solid, you can put it in a container with warm water to return it to its liquid form.

**Q: Product packing when shipped???**
A: yes good packing when I received it

**Q: who is the seller? the website doesnt appear to exist..hard to trust that.**
A: I've used this brand on and off for over a year, seems to be the same as what I get from my naturopath.

**Q: Why did mine solidify?**
A: It solidifies at 65.3F (just below room temp).  Above that temp it will turn back to a liquid.  I ordered mine when it was very cool outside and it was solid when it arrived.  It does not harm the product, and took its sweet time "thawing out".  Give it some time.  It will be fine.

**Q: Is this pharmaceutical grade… I dont see these words on label**
A: It is 99.9%, Pharmaceutical Grade.
