The best Micellar Water, and I have tried them all. It removes waterproof makeup, but it will take a little extra effort. My daughter says she needs something more substantial for her waterproof, so take that for what it's worth. I use it in the morning instead of washing my face.

This stuff is amazing!! It’s the only remover that does not dry out my skin. My face feels so smooth and hydrated after using, and it removes eye makeup very well!! It’s the only makeup remover I will use!
