Il faut juste en mettre un peu plus dans vos aliments, boissons, yaourts, etc... car il n'est pas tout ร fait รฉgal au vrai sucre. En pรขtisserie, j'ai aussi remarquรฉ que les gรขteaux ne gonflent pas la mรชme chose mais franchement on est bien content-e de pouvoir rester gourmand-e sans les dรฉgรขts des autres produits naturels sucrants.

Does not affect insulin response.
I absolutely love the sweetener , which does not raise my insulin levels. When using other sweeteners, my insulin level rose and the excess weight that I wanted to lose did not come off.Despite doing everything to make it go away. No problems with swerve , my weight has started to move in a more positive direction due to the lack of insulin response. It is very pleasant, and it works great in keto recipes and no weird aftertaste.

Great to have on hand.
I have used this in my baking and also in my ice tea. It's definitely tasty... A bit pricey so I'm using is little by little. Expiration date is way ahead in time too!
