Love this product and the fact it’s not sweetened. Just gives my coffee that edge in the morning and holds off the hunger pangs very well whilst giving an energy boost!! Highly recommend

Everytime I drink it, I have a feeling of endless energy that’d never end. It accelerates fat burning and metabolism where your body will recompose itself if you train hard. It also gives you a stable focus and memory boost that you can perform any mental task with laser sharp performance.

Game changer! The reviews are right! This is a light & fluffy fine powder. I put a scoop into my dry clean cup before I did my hot fresh pour-over. I didn't even have to stir! It completely dissolved! It made my coffee silky smooth with no change in taste.This is the solution I have been hunting for 8 years since I gave up industrial creamers with all their artificial crap and this is the 1st creamer I found that doesn't have stevia (which I hate) or other sweeteners which all have glycemic effects. I do OMAD Keto-vore and the MCTs will not break my fast. The Acacia powder fiber is easy on my stomach and I think it will help with gut flora & digestion.I use the unflavored, unsweetened MCT powder becuz I can add my own flavor extract. I can tweak how strong the flavor is and tweak the sweetness separately I use 'creme brulee' from Flavor Essence ( = yum) which is clean & has no artificial extras in it. I add Allulose as a sweetener becuz it has no glycemic effect and it is a natural aid to GLP-1 so it curbs my appetite until I have my One Meal A Day.I don't know why they don't have a photo in the listing of the Nutrition Facts & Ingredients. I think it's important to a health conscious buyer. I also don't understand how they claim "other ingredients: none" when the nutrition facts show Acacia powder as 3g of the 10g serving.The one disadvantage is that the pouch the product comes in is darn near impossible to re-seal, so that can easily be overcome by transferring the product into an air-tight container. That will also help keep humidity out & prevent any clumping issues that some people have mentioned, but I don't have that issue at all. Granted, I haven't tried this MCT with a cold brew, nor do I add this on top of my coffee, so I can't speak to dissolvability in cold liquids.All in all, I am relieved my 8-year search for a clean, convenient creamer alternative is over and I am excited that my new coffee routine will help me stay on my OMAD journey.
