Meet my expectation
The GPS sensor was received in time and in good condition. I plug the sensor into my little laptop and it started right away to be "receiving data". It works well with my MS street 2007. Even with the old map, I can locate many new places easily with GPS and the coordinates. Only thing that sometimes bothers me is the initiation of the sensing is not always instant (the beginning communication between the sensor and the satellites, could be up to 5 minutes) since I turn on and shut off the pc all the time. However I do not think it is the problem with the device and it is reasonable. My next step may probably be buying a new version of the MS Street.

I'll Keep It...
4 Stars - because it's more than just ok. I was surprised to see it's much bigger than what use to come in the "Streets & Trips" software box - before they started using the USB type receiver. The wire is larger and stiffer, but I guess that's necessary for shielding. I use it on my 10 inch Tablet with MS Streets & Trips 2013. It works well so far. It locks in faster, and holds the signal a little better than the smaller ones from a few years back. Not bad for the price.

Perfect
This GPS receiver is a perfect addition to the Microsoft Streets and Trips program. It makes the program 1000% more useful and useable. I will never travel without it. Great price too!

Can not find satellites.
It is not abale to find satellites. I was sitting outside with a clear view of the sky, after 15 minutes still no satellites were found.I am using Windows 10 and Streets and Trips 2013. Windows device manager can see it and shows it is working properly. Street and Trips will see the GPS receiver and connect to it.I have also tried it with PinPoint APRS the main reason I got it for and still no luck getting it to work.

It works
I use this in combination with streets and tips on my CF-U1 for navigation, decent accuracy and acquisition times. However I would recommend picking up a newer better unit

Harsh sun!
These are decent quality, but they don't last long if you use them on your dashboard in your car. Gone through 3 in 1 yr so far.

Works well and does what it claims.
Works great. One needs to know how to download and install the free drivers, using Device Manager in the Windows O/S before it will work as a GPS but once that is done it works perfectly. It's even got a sexy, blue, LED glow when connected. There are no printed instructions that came with mine but it was simple enough that it didn't really need any but some people might be lost without them. In some of these reviews some folks say it's a fake. It is not a fake. It's a working GPS receiver. I suspect they never downloaded and installed the necessary drivers in which case it would sure seem like a fake.

Plug in and navigate
This small GPS unit was plug in ready. It inter-phased easily with my "Streets and Trips" as expected but also worked with my marine navigation software "Offshore Navigator" without having to change a bunch of settings. It was as quick my Garmin GPS to find the satellites even indoors.
