Since I love this specific model of Keurig, I ordered this for use in Japan, but wondered whether it would function properly, being that power supply specifications in America and Japan are a little different. Thankfully, although a plug adapter is needed (from the 3 prong American standard to the 2 prong Japan standard), this model has worked exactly the same here in Japan as it does in America. Although I have seen some reports that American model Keurig machines don't brew as hot on Japan power, I have not experienced that at all. To the contrary, the brewing temperature appears to be exactly the same (at least on the 60 hz power in this part of Japan).

The best and easy to used . The coffee is delicious brewed

I initially received my Keurig minus the advertised k-cups. I immediately contacted the supplier and they sent my k cups the same day, no questions asked. Great product and great customer service. Thanks guys.

Stopped working after 2 days warranty not covered outside US, eventhough sold by Amazon UK extended insurance also proving to be a totalnightmare!! Stay away! Amazon involvement is a total scam!

There are some nice features to this model that we enjoy. We like the Strong button with a 10oz cup for a bolder brew. The coffee seems to be hotter than our previous Keurig 2 model. There is an option to adjust the temperature of the water but we like it at the highest setting which is 192F. Nice selection of cup options i.e.. I like a clear Hot Water Button as I often have tea in the afternoons. The Elite is a nice looking unit and it is easy to use. A convenient feature is that you can program the start and auto off times. So far I am pretty happy with this machine.

The K-Elite Single Cup Coffee Maker is a stylish and practical addition to any kitchen or office. It looks great on the counter and brews hot and iced coffee, which is a nice bonus. The staff loves the smooth and flavourful coffee, and it's super easy to use—perfect for busy mornings. This machine has you covered whether you're after a strong, hot cup to start the day or a refreshing iced coffee in the afternoon. A great pick if you're looking for something convenient, reliable, and good-looking!
