It releases October 7, 2016 and the seller stating it releases September 26, 2016 won't have it in stock by then. According to Amazon policy he has to have the package to you by the eta. If it doesn't arrive a few days after the ETA you can file a claim with Amazon and they will have to refund and let you keep the product according to Amazon Policy. So if he doesn't ship until release date but it states he was supposed to ship September 26, then you can file a claim for receiving late and you will get the product and your money according to Amazon Policy.
