Compared to the Phoenix faucet that came with our old 2000 Clayton mobile home, it's... cheap. But if you're here, you're probably just looking for something that'll work on a budget. Look no further, 'cause this is likely the best you're gonna get. It does the job. A few things to keep in mind... * This faucet's handles only turn about halfway before they're at maximum output. If you're replacing a faucet that turns several times before it's at full blast, my experience is that the water output from the diverter will be a little bit less and slower. It shouldn't be like a trickle- it should still work fine for filling the tub. This is something you should be aware of before buying. In my experience, this doesn't affect the shower's output ability. * I don't know for sure what it's made of, but I'm pretty sure all of the "chrome" bits are made of plastic. It's not super thin, but I still advise you to be gentle with it. I gave it three stars for "sturdiness". * If you've never replaced a bathtub faucet in a MOBILE home before, you should look up a video on it first. It's a bit different from a normal house in that the "pipes" are actually hoses with little screw-on parts on the ends. Don't worry; it's easy. You will probably have to cut into the wall to get to the hoses, though.

Good price, easy installation does what it's supposed to. UPDATE 12/15/2020 Was the purchase date so I've used this over a year. It works great It was a replacement for a mobile home and works perfect. This doesn't work like a screw faucet it has a plastic piece that just a quarter turn shuts it off blocking the water opening, so any forceful turning WILL break it. I live alone so I'm the only one who uses it and this will last longer than the mobile home!

The faucet works good, but when you use the hot water over half the time there is a high pitch whine that we didnt have with our old faucet. Not bad for the price tho.
