個人の感想ですが疲労感に効果を実感しました。 ASD、ADHD、うつ病があり、あくまで「補助」として本製品を試しました。 500mgとべらぼうな量でカプセルも長さ2cmくらいはあります。顆粒がカプセルに入っているだけで速効性を実感しました。ここからは注意点です。コンサータやリタリンを処方されている方は同時服用しないでください。薬の成分を分解する機能が弱くなり危険です。
