Great starter pc

This computer would be awesome if the display did not keep going out on me for some odd reason and if I was able to reset the windows to the factory settings unfortunately the windows did not let me and I could not figure it out so I had to return the item and let the people know that there was something going on with it because I could not figure it out therefore this was a total waste for me because it was expensive and I was so excited to get it but then I was so disappointed that I had to send it back because of the issues that had other than that the computer itself the design was awesome I liked the way it was designed the lights it fit me and it suit me good however because I couldn't use it sadly I had to send it back

Biggest disappointment I have ever had in a computer. I would love to have my money back and trach this computer. I don't do gaming on my computer, but this computer is not worth$ 50.00 The gaming light have already stopped working which I thought would just be pretty, but do not serve a purpose at all. It keeps kicking me off the internet. Does not have wireless wifi, you have to use an antenna through a USB port. Very disappointed.

Initially my 19 year old son was very pleased to receive this gaming computer. It was a good cost, it was easy to unbox, set up and prep for gaming! However, I am returning this computer for ONE SIMPLE REASON, this computer will not upgrade to Windows 11! Unfortunately this means the buyer is stuck with an operating system that Microsoft will not support after October 14th, 2025. You can imagine the shock I had after spending nearly $500 on what was supposed to be a “new” computer, but because of the age of the processor it wouldn’t allow the upgrade to Windows 11. That was a disappointment to me and my son, so I’m returning it immediately to buy a system with Windows 11 pre-installed. Any one wanting an upgradable or current system please take that into consideration given you’re paying for a NEW system (ensure the processor is current). I hope this helps in your purchase decision.

was informed that the mb and ram were dated but works fine

I haven't had any issues with this computer. The only thing the company could change is to install a CD/DVD player. It does not come with one.

I got this pc on 11/2 and it was working perfectly fine. I got it mainly for streaming and recording, but on 11/3 i decided to play a game of Rainbow six siege and it crashed mid game not even 24 hours of receiving it. I thought it was a regular crash so i waited until it was going to go back to the desktop and say the game wasn't responding but the screen stayed white for 20+ minutes. then i restart it then these two glitchy bars showed up on the screen and my resolution was stuck in 1024x768. and it won't go back and i tried everything. turns out it came with a defected gpu. would not purchase from this brand again. you'd be better off just buying a $700+ cyberpower or nzxt pc. which is what i'll be doing. i didn't want to have to spend that type of money, since i don't really need it for gaming, but the fact that this piece of metal can't even handle a game of R6 tells me everything i need to know about this brand. Grimey, cheaply made hunks of metal labeled as Pc's. But hey it has RGB!

the backlight doesn't work
