High potency, good for overall wellness and stamina
As a traditional herbal solution, this is one of the more effective and trusted compounds. I use it sparingly, so it lasts me a long time, and I find that small amounts spread over months can make a difference. It's a 240g supply, which is meant to least 80 days, I can stretch this to over 100, since I don't use it everyday.I find that it helps to boost energy and mental clarity, I didn't notice reduced fatigue, but the other benefits were clear. The ginseng extract is really high quality and potent, packaged well and safely.

Very pricy but the real deal
This is pure and unadulterated, from what I read this is the brand of all brands, imported directly from Korea. It's a massive jug (240 grams) and following the instructions you may be able to eek out 90 days worth. It's very strong and hard to describe, certainly not tasty but I wouldn't expect that. This is basically old school herbal medicine. Thick tar like black and pungent. Whether it really works or not I don't know but I'll give it a shot and see if I notice anything. I don't know if I could afford to keep it up as it's really really dear.I'll mix it in my coffee, trying that it's quite nice. Impossible to evaluate very long term benefits, and what's psychosomatic or not, but trying this for the past couple of days I do notice being more alert. Time will tell what happens over the long run.But considering the reputation this brand has and how pure it is, I have it rate it highly purely because of that.

Had to return it
I can't comment on the quality of this, as it had been smashed in the post before it came to me, so opening the box all I had was a sticky mess.I suspect the product is probably good, at this price I would hope it was, but the shipping from Amazon was not suitable or secure for such an expensive product.

Big jar of top-quality Korean Ginseng extract
This may seem expensive, but it is a very large jar of top-notch Korean Ginseng extract. The best and purest form to take ginseng, with no carriers, fillers or bulking agents, just pure top quality ginseng extract. It comes in a dark glass jar with a replaceable cap in the top, covered by a screw cap. It also comes with a small, two-piece long-handled spoon to scoop out the ginseng extract from the jar. I decided to keep replacing the cap since the extract is runny and a bit messy but will store it in the fridge as recommended. The extract looks like black treacle but tastes mildly bitter.I first dissolved a small amount of extract in a small glass of warm water to identify its flavour. It took some stirring to get it fully dissolved and produced a brown liquid that was bitter and not great tasting but not awful either. Clearly, you don’t take ginseng for its taste, but for its famed health benefits. Fortunately, with anything sweet or strong tasting it is just fine, but on its own it would be an acquired taste. I plan to use it intermittently and take it as a morning prep for the day to enjoy the most benefit from this esteemed supplement, probably in a morning tea or smoothie. As a test I tried it in a hot mug of breakfast tea. I weighed the cup of tea on an accurate pair of electronic scales and reset to zero. I then got a small amount of the extract on the tip of the supplied spoon and stirred it into the tea. It took quite a lot of stirring for all the ginseng to dissolve off the spoon. Weighing the cup of tea again, I found that I had mixed in 510mg of ginseng, about half the recommended 1g serving size. The recommended daily dose is 1g per serving, 3 times per day. Getting an accurate dose is clearly the most challenging part of taking ginseng extract, which is where the tablets and capsules win out. The 3g per day recommended maximum would provide 80-days’ supply from this jar or about £2.70 per day.It is too early to comment on the health benefits. But initially I am focussed on trying to achieve the recommended serving size.

ginseng extract 240g jar
This is a review of 'JungKwanJang Korean 6 Year Red Panax Ginseng Pure Extract 100% 240g (80 Days) - Reduces Fatigue & Strengthens Immune System | Grown, Produced, Laboratory Tested in South Korea'.This is a large jar of Panax ginseng extract. it comes in a glass jar with a spoon to use to measure out the product. 3g is the recommended serving size but you could use a bit less or more to your taste preference. The flavor is very herbal and tastes exactly like the ginseng I had when visiting Korea (only much stronger as it's a concentrated extract). The smell is very appetizing to me. I added this to hot water with some honey and lemon, but there are a lot of different ways to consume it. I find it does energize me a lot on days when I feel sluggish. Overall I find this to be a good product, it's clearly very high quality and highly concentrated so it may be more cost effective in the long run if compared to capsules.

Expensive but excellent quality ginseng extract
This supplement is quite pricey, coming as a dark, sticky, tar-like concentrate that can be taken straight or mixed with water. I've found both methods work for me, though it took some time to adjust to consuming it in place of my morning coffee.I keep it refrigerated, which makes the liquid less runny but doesn't change the stickiness, making it somewhat inconvenient to handle. It arrived in a glass bottle, complete with a metal spoon for measuring out the daily 3g dose of this bitter-tasting supplement. With 240g in the bottle and taking 3g per day, it should last for 80 days. I'm one month in and feeling positive about the effects, but I'm still weighing whether the benefits justify the steep price of over £200.I have found that it boosts my energy levels, and despite its bitterness, I'm content to continue with it as part of my morning routine.
