Purchased as a gift for someone who needed some handy basic tools in an apartment. Was very surprised that the quality was much better than anticipated. The case is solid and sized for easy storage, the tools are durable and lock in place neatly and easily, and overall it offers a practical selection of the basics. The bonus - the colour suited her personality!

I bought this for my wife as I kept having my tools stolen from the garage and my truck and she would get frustrated when I would take them back and she needed them. This little kit has everything she needs and more and she loves that its all hers and doesn't need to deal with my lack of organization.

Considering the cost this is a good budget tool set. They are not full size and not the best quality it's doubtful these will last but it has a good variety of tools and bits the case and tools feel like a weaker plastic. I shopped a while trying to find one of these budget kids that had a ratcheting screwdriver but sadly I could not and I chose this set. if they had a version with a ratcheting screwdriver I would have gladly paid an upcharge. I like the compact size and one thing that is better than more expensive tool kits is that each tool must be pushed into it's designated space they do not fall out as soon as you open and close the case this case could be a good option just for that reason alone. Overall it's a good place to start if you don't have any tools and perfect for an apartment.

My daughter is going to University so I bought this for her to use as needed. She is living in a basement suite and has already used a few tools out of it. It is nice and compact with lots of options of tools. She was quite happy with it.
