Is anyone able to tell me how many calories are in a bar.

I bought some in August of 2019 and it is 280 calories with 16 grams of sugar

Does the probar base bar - "cookie dough" flavor have almonds in the ingredients? can't find an ingredient list on this particular bar:-(

Other Ingredients: Soy protein isolate, organic tapioca syrup, organic agave syrup, organic dried cane syrup, fractionated palm kernel oil, glycerin, organic agave inulin, high oleic safflower oil, omega blend (flaxseed, chia seed), unsweetened chocolate, sugar, natrual flavor, organic rice protein concentrate, tapioca ...This is most of the ingredient list for the cookie dough bar.There is soybean in these, not almonds. If you are sensitive to fructose, be careful with the agave in these. These bars appear to be healthier but raise other health issues with their ingredients. I love this one and the mint greens flavor they have but I can't eat them anymore since I ate them every day and now have some allergy issues...

Are these dairy free?

They are at least lactose free. I'm very sensitive to lactose and don't have any issues with these bars.
