Piece of junk. It will pretend to work but none of the numbers are accurate whatsoever. About two weeks after you buy it the product will start arguing technically with the relay and it will stop working altogether. Unreliable. Solar powering seems to work, however, having power to a worthless, inaccurate piece of equipment does no one any good. DO NOT BUY! I am having a professional come and test our water weekly and the numbers they come up with in comparison to what this dolt of a scam comes up with are so far apart. Junk

This product was only put in the water once and the insides corroded plus there's water in it...didn't drain....looks like it wasn't sealed.....I asked to get refunded but I missed the deadline....I'd still like to get some money back for it or get it replaced...please advise

I owned the 100 dollar version last year and liked it but it stopped working after one season. I decided to try the 7-1 version are about twice the cost. It never worked. What readings it reports are not accurate such as ph - and yes I calibrated it several times along side the how to videos posted. And other reading such as salt never change and are not correct or even close. Very disappointed. I went to website and chatted with customer support who directed me to the place of purchase. Of course I did not save the packaging because I expected to get at least a season out of this device so ni way of sending it back. It will find it’s way to a dumpster. you got me twice now - one that only worked a single season and one that never worked there will not be a third attempt.

I bought this very excitedly, he really never read the level of chlorine well, after about 3 months of use he got water and the salesman only told me not to squeeze the tapas well and that he could not do anything. In short, I lost the money shortly after I had it, and the service did not even worry about seeing what had happened.

This product does not work. It says the water temperature is 73 degrees when it is 86 degrees. The salt reading is wrong as well.

After spending about an hour setting up, the app's communications went in and out. After 1 day in the pool, it stopped working.

Horrible product disconnects from wifi every couple minutes. Not worth the hassel and money.

Setup was easy. Seems to communicate with the base station from at least 75 feet away, the app seems to work well. The biggest flaw however, is that it simply did not read chlorine level at all. It always reports 0.8. Whether it's in tap water, pool water, diluted chlorine, or even out of water altogether, the reading never changed. Based on that, sent it back. Waste of money.
