I honestly didn’t expect much, but this grounding sheet has made a noticeable difference. Within a few nights, I was sleeping deeper and waking up feeling more rested. It was easy to set up and feels just like a regular sheet. Just make sure your skin touches it while sleeping. I also tested the outlet to be sure it was grounded properly—super simple. Highly recommend if you're curious about earthing. It’s one of those things you have to try to believe.

I bought the item a week ago, so far it has not alleviated any of my aches and pains and I don't think I am sleeping any better for using it, I have used it so I will not be returning it, I shall perceiver with it and hope through time I will get some positive results.

I am quite impressed with the quality of this sheet. Been using it for a month and I feel there is reduction in the inflammation on my back. Will be buying again for family, it's a simple product but extremely useful with a lot of health benefits.

If you have problems sleeping, this product does the job for a good night sleep.

A complete waste of money

Very interesting, since I started using this I had dreams every single for atleast two weeks. Not sure if that means deep sleep but that was my experience. It’s a decent side for one person full body rather spread across the entire bed. The wire is pretty long to plug in so no issues there.

I’m not sure, i really wanted this to work. But I honestly wouldn’t like to recommend. It’s not a lot of money.
