The fabric is breathable and yet absorbent and yet quick drying, so there’s less worry about jock itch. My only complaint is they don’t come in brighter colors. The sky blue is probably the lightest color, although they did come out with a three pack of light pastels (not my style). ### ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Post inguinal hernia surgery support *by on Reviewed in the United States December 27, 2025* Bought this for post hernia surgery support. The whole package is subject to swelling. I'm only one week out and the swelling is still pretty bad. Apparently it can go on for weeks. This did help contain the swelling. I've worn it with and without underwear and it's comfortable and lightweight. It was a very difficult getting all of my genitals in the pouch when swollen but putting it on first thing in the morning went a lot better. Wasn't sure which size to get for obvious reasons but this one worked out ok. I got the "B" size pouch and XL waist band. ### ⭐⭐⭐ Need to go a size bigger on pouch *by on Reviewed in the United States February 15, 2026* The waist fir like it should but the pouch go a size bigger then you normally would. Also all reviews have said hard to figure out how to fit and to stay in place. For me. Normally I like to start with my stick in the up right stance but with these I had to have it facing down to get them to fit. With it facing down. The berry fit in and it did seem like the pouch worked but for me was just a little small. I use a B pouch and if I was to buy another I'd get a C pouch. Think ill stick to the G string. And other briefs that realmen have they fit me better. We are all different find what you like and stick to it ## Frequently Bought Together - Real Men LIFT Pouch Jock Strap 1 or 3 Pack- Vasectomy Support Underwear - Athletic Supporter - Arjen Kroos Jock Strap-Free Back for Men Thong Dual Pouch Underwear Jockstraps Modal Athletic Supporter --- ## Why Shop on Desertcart? - 🛒 **Trusted by 1.3+ Million Shoppers** — Serving international shoppers since 2016 - 🌍 **Shop Globally** — Access 737+ million products across 21 categories - 💰 **No Hidden Fees** — All customs, duties, and taxes included in the price - 🔄 **15-Day Free Returns** — Hassle-free returns (30 days for PRO members) - 🔒 **Secure Payments** — Trusted payment options with buyer protection - ⭐ **TrustPilot Rated 4.5/5** — Based on 8,000+ happy customer reviews **Shop now:** [https://www.desertcart.com.pa/products/729764296-real-men-lift-pouch-strapless-jocks-athletic-supporter-abcd-custom](https://www.desertcart.com.pa/products/729764296-real-men-lift-pouch-strapless-jocks-athletic-supporter-abcd-custom) --- *Product available on Desertcart Panama* *Store origin: PA* *Last updated: 2026-10-31*
