Was searching for a controller to use with my PC. Many similar options, but I chose this due to a good review. It feels very sturdy in the hand. It feels "dense". I've dropped it a few times and its working perfectly. Installation was simply inserting the USB. It automatically recognized it. The control also powers on in a split second. Battery lasted about a month with regular use and using the rumble feature. It looks cooler in person in my opinion. Very sleek looking. The rubber grips on the side give you a good amount of friction so it never slips. The buttons are all responsive and crisp. My only complaint is the d-pad, which is slightly "mushy" and I have to be rather particular about pressing it or I will end up hitting the wrong direction.

Here's the short version: if you're looking for a well performing and easy to use wireless PC gaming controller, you've found it. Buy this one and have no regrets. Longer version: I've used many of controllers from Logitech, to wired Xbox controllers, and Stratus XL series. The only controller that even compares to this one for me is my wired Logitech one and that's only in how the design fits my hand. This controller is excellent. Looks sleek, feels great, and most importantly works like a dream. The Stratus controller has a few known issues when using it for Steam games that I've only ever been able to work around by having it plugged into a USB port (defeating the purpose of why I purchased that one). This EasySMX lives up to the name as it works as soon as I plugged the adapter in. The range is more than enough to play from anywhere in the room, works simultaneously with other controllers being used for multiplayer games, all the buttons feel responsive and smooth, and when the controller turns itself off there is no issues with turning it back on and picking up right where you've left off.

I bought this controller as I was looking for a cheap alternative for PC gaming. For certain games particular games that involve driving, I prefer controllers over keyboard and mouse. I was looking at the xbox elite controller but I felt that this was a good value for the money. After using it for approximately 1 month, I must say I was right. The controller has nice weight and it does not feel cheap in my opinion. It has the familiar xbox button layout many among us pc gamers have come to love. My only real drawback was the huge battery pack under the controller. My fingers are rather long and they bump it often. Despite this I still feel this controller represents the best value for the money that I have seen. Setup of the controller was nice and simple in my opinion. There are still some things I need to learn about this controller (like how to turn it off when not in use because that runs down the batteries). Despite that, if you are looking for a cheap controller with the xbox button layout for pc gaming and you can get past the huge battery pack under the controller, then this controller should provide you with many hours of solid gaming.

I took everything out of the box (controller, dongle, tiny booklet, feedback paper), and inserted the dongle into the USB port. Once I added batteries (not included), I pressed the home button (the big circle in the middle) for several seconds, and it connected instantly. I tested it on GRID 2, a favorite Steam game of mine, and it worked flawlessly with no lag. The construction is solid. It has weight, and feels well made. The controls aren't finicky, either. A slight turn of the left stick is a slight turn in the game. Light presses on the right trigger will create slow accelerations in the game. In other words, it works exactly as it should. I haven't owned it long enough to give you a review on the battery life (the little booklet says 20 hours for vibration feedback games, 90 hours without), but if it's not good, I'll certainly update this review. As it stands, I can safely recommend this controller for all of its other pros. So it gets a tentative 5 stars. We'll see how the battery life works out over the course of this week, as I'm using cheap batteries, and want to see what it can do on those.

It hasn't even been a year and this thing doesn't work properly. I've used this maybe a dozen times since I bought it. I bought it for FPS type games, I use the keyboard for pretty much everything else. I recently bought a new game that requires a controller so it should have been no problem. So its been sitting on my desk for probably 5 months, not being used, and I pick it up today to play this new game. Everything was fine at first but once I got it to the game all the buttons would randomly not work. Like the A button is usually used to select things and I'd be in dialog mashing the button because it won't select. Then it will select out of the blue and the next 3 or 4 times will be instant. Then it stops working again, and this is every button! I tested it on other games that can use a controller and done other troubleshooting. It look's great and it worked great the first couple times but I'm going to say this is a bad product.

Edit #2: Finding out how to reach their customer service is a nightmare. I finally found their email and sent them an email asking for help. My email was instantly blocked. I am only giving it a 1 star because of how well it worked while it worked. ............................................................................................................................................................................................. Edit: I purchased this controller June 25th 2020. As of today 10/1/2021 It stopped working properly. It won't connect to any games. When I load steam the vibrate function goes insane and the button configuration is all screwy. Hopefully I can find a way to fix this. It was a great controller while it lasted. ........................................................................................................................................................................................... So far so good. It works like a charm and easy to use. I'll update this review after I've used it for awhile. Only complaint is that it uses batteries. I wish it had a rechargeable battery pack.

I wasn't sure what to think of this controller till I actually got it. Turns out its well made and actually durable. It's not flimsy and I don't feel like it will break or have problems if it falls on the floor a few feet or if one of my toddlers gets their hands on it. Vibration works as expected. The feel of the controller is good and haven't had any issues with the grip. Honestly, for $25, I was surprised at how good this controller is for the price. Havent had a chance to test battery life with this controller yet, but a very nice feature of this controller is that it turns off if you haven't used it in at least a few minutes. The USB stick is a bit large, but this might be purposeful to make sure there are no connectivity issues. If I need another wireless controller, I'm buying another one of these.

The controller is nice, works as expected. I like that it’s automatically recognized by Windows 10 on all the games I play, so no mapping buttons for every game. In hindsight I wish I would have gotten a rechargeable one - I actually thought all XBox style controllers would be rechargeable in 2020 so that’s my fault for assuming - but the battery life is pretty good, I’ve been gaming pretty hard for like a week and they haven’t died yet. I will probably buy a rechargeable one and keep this as a backup but overall it’s a good controller. Edit: After almost two years I’ve never changed the batteries. Granted for probably 8-10 months the controller was relatively unused but the battery life is great despite not being rechargeable.

Come ho gia scritto nel titolo e un prodotto veramente ottimo, già nel toglierlo dall'imballo se ne percepiscie la robustezza dei materiali e la gradevolezza al tatto. Una volta collegato nel mio caso è stato immediatamente riconosciuto da windows 10 senza dover installare ne drivers ne software di gestione e in 2 secondi era pronto all'uso, nell'utilizzo l'ho trovato preciso e puntuale nelle varie fasi di gioco, l'unica cosa su cui non mi posso esprimere è la durata delle batterie perchè è troppo poco che lo sto usando anche se avrei preferito degli accumulatori ricaricabili via usb al posto delle alcaline da sostituire una volta scaricate, una piccola pecca per un ottimo prodotto. Personalmente mi ritengo molto soddisfatto se poi calcoliamo il prezzo ultra conveniente è ancora meglio. Comunque prezzo a parte è un articolo veramente valido. P.S. Mi trovo dopo un anno di utilizzo a aggiornare la mia recensione perché secondo me ne vale la pena. Dopo un anno di felice utilizzo a causa di un trasloco mi sono perso la chiavetta USB che fa da ricevitore rendendolo inutilizzabile, a questo punto ho deciso di contattare l'assistenza e vedere se potevano ( pagando ) inviarmi una chiavetta nuova ma un gentilissimo operatore mi a detto di non preoccuparmi che mi avrebbe inviato un joypad nuovo gratuitamente io ho atteso ( poco fiducioso ) e dopo due settimanei è arrivato a casa un pacco contenente addirittura due joypad nuovi e un biglietto di scuse per il disagio. Ora voglio solo dire che un assistenza così non l'ho mai trovata nemmeno presso marche più care e blasonate perciò per me d'ora in poi esiste solamente easySMX perché fanno buoni prodotti e danno una VERA e ottima assistenza.
