Gave me bad stomach cramps.
I did a lot of research before I bought these. I was specifically concerned about stomach issues. I really thought these would be ok but they are not! I got very bad stomach cramps from taking these. They have a large amount of rice bran oil in them. Oily things really irritate my stomach. I tried a few times to take them but got the same results. It was a waste of money!

ActivGel is way easier to swallow!
Love the soft gels! I have trouble swallowing capsules & some very large tablets, so the ActivGel (large soft gel similar to a fish oil size) are perfect! Helpful with sleep too!

Very helpful product
I really like this product. A colleague friend suggested years ago that taking magnesium before bed is helpful for sleep. I have also done research and found that it is helpful for a number of things. During my research, I learned that the glycinate version is the most bioavailable that can be taken. (I hope I learned that correctly...). At any rate, I do use this product several times a week, and have for years. I usually only take 1 cap at a time, though. On rare occasions, I use 2. I find its use to be helpful.
