As a professional who relies on a GVS high-performance half mask, I was looking for a way to keep it clean and protected when not in use. The SPM009 GVS Hard Carry Case turned out to be a practical and affordable solution. Pros: Durable Protection: The hard shell case effectively shields the mask from dust, debris, and accidental bumps or drops. Great case for the matching integrated face mask and goggles. As you need to keep the face mask unit absolutely clean and safe I would strongly recommend paying the extra for this case. My mask is always ready to use and clean, clear and comfortable.

A high-quality product.

This GVS SPM007 is the largest case for face mask I could find in a number of long sessions of hunting on the Internet for a case big enough for full face masks by 3M and by JSP. Incredibly these other manufacturers don't make one and at best have option for a soft bag instead. No doubt this case fits GVS own equipment, e.g. SPR406 mask but is not big enough to fit any of the other brands / designs. The case itself is OK, and firm enough to meet my expectations so as to provide physical protection to a face mask when put inside a car among all the other equipment one carries for work. However, it could be improved. For example a wrist strap is provided. I have not used such wrist strap to carry things and not seen anyone else use this either. Could it be because this is not well thought out ? For instance I have seen photos of other GVS cases which are provided with belt loop so why not this model ? Even better would be to provide shoulder strap, or at least couple of D rings so I could attach my own shoulder strap. Shoulder strap is something I guarantee to use when carrying all manner of PPE and equipment to the coal face to start work.

Good if you have a small mask

Know how to where them and how to 'unwear' them as my wife works in NHS. But these are top level protection masks (called P3) though they don't protect eyes so not perfect. In these times people need to know they protect you if tight (and no beard) and protect others if your are ill. But ALL will fail if you do not cleanse and sterilise everything after use - EVERY USE. Everything you touch on the inside and outside when taking them off after use - including you hands, arms and face should be considered 'potentially infectious' You sort that out - you are golden with this or as close as civilians can get.
