I’ve been really impressed with this massage chair from the moment it arrived. The delivery was excellent—the chair was well packaged, protected, and arrived in perfect condition. Considering how large and heavy it is, I appreciated how smoothly the delivery process went. Setup was incredibly easy since there was essentially nothing to assemble. Within minutes I was able to power it on and start exploring all of the features. The controls are intuitive, and I was pleasantly surprised by how easy it was to switch between different massage programs and adjust the settings. The comfort is what really stands out. The zero gravity mode is incredibly relaxing, and the body scan helps the massage feel much more personalized. The foot rollers, air compression, and heat function all work together to create a very complete massage experience. Whether I want a quick 15-minute session after work or a longer, more relaxing massage, this chair delivers. Overall, it feels like a premium product for the price. Great packaging, simple setup, lots of useful features, and most importantly, it’s very comfortable. I’m very happy with my purchase and would definitely recommend it to anyone looking for a quality massage chair.

I was skeptical in the beginning with my husband choice. But I fell in love since I opened the package. The design is beautiful, like a chair from the future 🚀☺ The material it was built is good, has a warm feature that I turn on and off as I needed and you can put some covers to give you a warm sensation as well👍. When you are seated and when you stepped out of the chair you feel secure because it's sturdy and it's comfortable because it feel soft when you are receiving the massage. I love the zero gravity feature that you can choose in some options, it make you feel so 😌 relaxed. I would like to have an extra intensity for the foot rollers, but my husband feel pleased and happy with the roller's setting. It is a matter of likes.. I love the combination of massage in the sleep and the upper back massages. I even fell asleep and snore😅. Because I have short legs and arms I don't reach to the part to play with your phone while sitting( but I don't need it, because I want to close my eyes and feel the massage) and also I don't reach the foot rollers very well and that's why the feature of putting legs up or down it's very useful for me🙏. But this is something with my anatomy and nothing to do with the chair, as my husband fit and feel all features very well. The first day we had a issue with the foot part, my husband got hysterical and I dialed the number they show in the digital screen... an agent respond that a representative will call me back within 24h maximum. But 10 minutes later I was receiving a call from "Summer" Let me be honest, this is the customer service representative that you would love to have helping you in any phone call from any company that you may need be helped. Professional, patient, educated, knowledgeable and easy guidance, fast and correct answers to your questions about everything from features of the chair ..up to the way of how to get the issue solved....let me tell you... This experience was beyond my expectations. This is the customer service that America is proud to always have. This the customer service representative that any educated and reasonable customer would love to deal with. Because there are customers and Customers....some of us (customers) that do not respect them or make their job easy.... To be honest... So far we are more than happy with the choice we did.( it looks beautiful in our room and fit perfectly in the small space we had available..it was made for us😅 . We are pleased with service that we got. And how the issue was solved. I will recommend to consider this company as an option for your chair massage. They have different levels, so even in a budget (like we were) , I'm pretty sure that you will be able to purchase a chair that make feel like I wanna go home... I need my massage😉...

I can tell you I had done alot of research and going back and forth with massage chairs. I really wanted one for mothers day ( 2025) and was so dizzy with so many brands that offered similar functions and styles. Something kept me coming back to this one. I can tell you I am OVER THE MOON and so pleased with this chair. Delivery was great. Arrived within a few days. Nothing wrong with it. We did have to take the door off the hinge to fit it into our bedroom. So you know its a good size. It does take up some good depth, especially if you have it in zero gravity mode. So make sure you want it in an area with some room for it. It was pretty much plug and play which was ao awesome. I've had it for a few months now and use it at LEAST 3x a week. My husband also uses it on occasion. The customer service has been excellent and very responsive to any questions. There are alot of programs you can use on the digital control panel so you can play with whatever style or firmness you prefer. It comes with a phone holder and is blue tooth so you can listen to your show with the speakers that are built in. It does have a listening capability ( almost like Alexa ) so when im not in the chair and have said a magic word, it has heard me and responded. Which can catch you off guard for sure sometimes. I am 5'3" and when you first get in the chair it scans you. I have been in other chairs and it has felt that I am too " small " for the massager to hit all the proper areas. This is perfect for me. My husband is 5'9" and it can be cozy for him. I am not certain that anyone larger than him width or height wise ( over 6 ft ) would fit this as well. But then again, neither of us are so I could be wrong. It still works very well and I am absolutely pleased with this chair. I could go on and on about the features like the option of how hard you like the massage, to the firmness of the inflatable arms to the heating capability and the accessibility of the controls at your fingertips. The only thing I have found recently is that the Bluetooth name " Amy" isn't connected anymore and having a tough time connecting it again but im sure ill figure that out.

We really like this chair!! It works right out of the box. The option for using the wireless charging pad or plugging your phone in is nice. There is also a small joystick that allows you to control page scrolling on your phone once connected via bluetooth. So your phone on the mount is easier to control. Haven't seen that in other chairs! The thai stretching setting is amazing!!!! But there are a few things that could be approved upon and why I gave 3 stars. First, the back heat is not on your back but outward toward your hips, but you can't feel it at all. The calf heat is nice but make sure you wear pants and not shorts, as it does get quite hot on bare skin. Second, connecting your phone through bluetooth we cannot get it to play music through the chair for some reason. Third, the shoulder area is quite tight for my husband who is very barrel chested. Lastly, I wish it had more options for massaging. The pad is a bit confusing to get to work for different settings and only a couple are labeled. All that said, its still a great chair especially for the price point since we got it on sale. Customer service did send a heating pad but it can't be used while massaging so defeats the purpose. Editing because customer service reached out. There are 2 settings for the bluetooth, connecting to the one that says AMY allows you to play music through the chair. :) They are also updating the heating pad, yay!! Ill update my review again when received. New edit: the company reached out and worked on a new heating pad attachment to test out and sent one. It works great! Honestly, the customer service is AMAZING!! They will do everything they can to make you happy with your purchase. We have zero regrets! I did see the review about the foot massage being horrible and please take it with a grain of salt. I have plantar faciitis and nerve damage in my feet from neuropathy. This makes my feet HIGHLY sensitive and painful all the time. If the foot massage hurt, I would absolutely say it. Could it be better? Sure. For me if you could lock the foot massager to your height during use, it would be better but its made to be adjustable for height and comfort. I just try to sit a little further down since I'm short, so I can feel it better on my feet. The inflation actually feels really good and help circulation. And NO I am not a paid reviewer. I value myself more than that. I review almost everything I buy because I appreciate honest reviews. If you notice, I also do not change my original reviews. I add to them if need be but never change my original opinion.

I’m not sure what you’re looking for particularly but I must admit.This chair has checked off my list in numerous ways and I couldn’t be happier.I LOVE LOVE LOVE massages.However I don’t like “weak massages”.I’ve utilized numerous different massage chairs (massage places,urban air(some of the best ones by the way lol),the mall,and airports) So I knew what I had in mind.I started my search about a year ago.When I decided what I wanted for my 41st bday.I grew so tired due to the fact that everyone and their expectations are different.I knew I wanted a phone holder and a illuminated board and I wanted it to feel as close to real hands and good pressure(I like deep tissue).Well I said all that to say THIS IS THE ONE! I have to throw this in.When I first received it and tried it out for the first time I was upset because the pressure wasn’t strong.OHHHH but is reading fundamental because their was a lil white card in the package with the instruction manual and it stated what to do incase the pressure isn’t strong enough.(You have to remove the back flap.You don’t have to necessarily remove it.Just flip it over the chair) Anywho that was the game changer.I haven’t even fully explored all of the massages options yet because the initial “body scan” does it for me.Again,I’m not sure what your expectations are but this chair has EXCEEDED mine.Side note:I’m not a review writer but I said that I was going to have to write one for this chair.Its worth EVERY penny! The Bluetooth speakers are awesome.It looks really nice and I just give it 10 out of 10.I honestly can’t say that their is anything I don’t like.My year long search was well worth it!

My husband and I use this chair EVERY.SINGLE.DAY! IT's literally THE BEST money we've ever spent. It's helped my husband with his lower back pain. It helps me relax after a busy day. It also has saved us thousands on no longer needing to pay $200 for a message :) (Sorry to my massage therapist) I highly recommend this chair, especially if you always have sore muscles or a lot of stress. It will extend your life.

Omg. I am in love with this chair! I have fibromyalgia and sometime it’s hard to make it through the day without everything just hurting. This chair is comfy, and most of all, has heat that is very soothing. It has a slew of settings so you can pin point exactly where you need a massage - mid, upper, lower back, legs. All of the above. And when I use it I have it on the most gentle of massages. My husband would probably prefer the strong setting. You can go between if you prefer. My other favorite setting is the compression. You can just have it squeeze if that’s better. Squeezes upper arms, legs, and forearms too. Bottoms of your feet are covered too. For the money this chair is a bargain! Oh! And spend the extra $20 to have it delivered to the room of your choice. This guy is very heavy. It almost didn’t fit in the standard doorway too, so maybe measure to be sure. Assembly was a breeze once it was out of the box.

Great massage! Brought it for my husband and we all love it. The zero gravity is guaranteed to relax you. Me, it’s some of the best sleep I get.
