From placing the order to delivery very satisfied

It looked and worked like the original at first, but after only 3 uses and having it a few weeks, it just stopped working. The blades no longer move and the product is dead. Had to return it. Contact Philips directly for a replacement. It will cost a little bit more but you'll at least get a functioning original. DO NOT ORDER THIS GARBAGE.

Comb does not have any adjustability, product seems to be much lower quality than than the original part.

I owe seller an apology...I didn't realize guide came off to reveal sideburn trimmer. Product exactly as advertised! Sorry!

I ordered two of these trimmer heads, not realizing they weren't Philips original equipment. Both of the trimmers are shoddy to the point of uselessness. The moving blade on both of the trimmer heads arrived misaligned with the base blade, and there is such sloppy tolerances that even if they *were* aligned, they would be essentially useless for trimming because hairs get trapped between the two blades and create a gap so that the blades no longer meet or cut. Also, there is much more friction with these replacements than there is with the older Philips trimming head. So much more in fact that even on the highest speed setting the shaver motor runs at a slower speed with these replacements than the Philips head does on the low speed setting. I tried both of these replacements, but couldn't get through even a single trim - I highly recommend just springing for the more expensive, but actually functional Philips brand attachment.
