Does this work well with the epson et-2711? i am looking at buying one and want to know if it prints ok on this, or if it smears like other printers.

No reason you couldn't as its a water based adhesive

Hi do you need any fixing spray after print

Don't quite know what you mean by fixing spray as they are self adhesive. If you mean for car window stickers if printed on a laser printer then no, f prited on an inkjet printer then yes you need to spray them or the ink fades.
