They are a bit uncomfortable, but now I don’t worry that my eyes are being damaged. The package comes with a small set of instructions and a strap for the glasses. The instructions direct you how to tie the strap onto the glasses. One of my only complaints is that you cannot fold these glasses up, they are fairly small as they is, but that would have been a nice extra. Pros: - Good Quality - Fast shipping - Useful for light therapy and tanning - Protects your eyes Cons: - Wasn't able to choose a color - Slightly uncomfortable if placed wrong - No fold up option

Just arrived today, noticed that they aren’t the same as online. There’s no peep holes but I don’t mind! Quality item with a cute carrying case, love the Purple colour they chose. Would definitely recommend for the price
