Why did you pick this product vs others?:i needed this washer machine because i fell and broke my arm and could not go to the basement to do the laundry anymore. This by family orders! So i ordered a stackable washer and dryer and new plumbing for my first floor home. What a project has become. So i purchased this wonderful little washing machine. It is so handy with all the cycles and works so beautifully. Large washes or small washes . I connect it to my kitchen faucet and do my laundry there and also purchased a small dryer and that has its exhaust hose out the patio door. Sorry i don't know how to do video or photo. I had an LG front loader for 12 years and it was beginning to give me problems. Not bad since I got so much use out of it.But it was time to replace it. And I took a chance with this smaller less expensive washer. I'm impressed. It washes clothes well, it's quiet, and does not shake like my previous machine did during the spin cycle. I did a few different loads, and for the blanket I washed, I needed to add an additional spin cycle. Glad it has that option to keep drying time to a minimum.Hopefully it holds up long term and I'll come back for updates. As of now, it's a great little washing machine. Very happy with it. 5 stars 🌟 😊

The washing machine is very good, I couldn’t afford a “normal” size washing machine at the time but I’m still currently using this one, I have had issues with drainage but that’s because I had to just simply adjust the drain pipe, it also stops and alarms you when any issues occur which is useful, the manual shows you all the codes and how to fix each issue if it occurs, it washes very good and it’s genuinely a must if you’re on a budget and or in need of a small washing machine that gets the job done.

I ordered this washing machine to use in my new apartment over a months ago and it works super well!! It came quicker than expected and has been a life saver for when I need to wash a quick load throughout my busy week. It surprised me how much it can fit and still easy to move around. If you’re looking to buy a washing machine with a compact design that’s very practical, this is the right one!

Our small family has been enjoying our new washing machine from the delivery to continuous,effective loads of laundry for our small bathroom. Also, it has saved us a trip to the laundry mat and is energy efficient and hasn't made the water bill extremely high I've only seen a 10 dollar increase and we have been washing a lot during the week. It's definitely convenient and for people who don't want to go downstairs to wash or a single person or small family on a budget but I'd recommend buying a regular size dryer to dry the clothes. Love it 10/10 ! :)

Got it and it ran for 2 loads then it would not drain was broken in two places not to mention the hose was crushed in 2 places and it leaked everywhere. Was scratched up needless to say it said new but I’m thinking they sold me a returned item. Not sure but was in horrible condition and box and packaging was not damaged. Will not recommend it has been a nightmare getting it to stop leaking. Had to tear apart to clear the drain hose had a complete clog
