First machine was unable to drain water and spin after a couple of loads . Problem was resolved by seller and new machine works perfectly. very quiet ,easy to install and very efficient , perfect size to fit in closet. Would highly recommend this machine

This machine is absolutely garbage. It worked great the first week then it started to make so much noise that all the room vibrated plus it doesn’t drain properly, all the old water gets stuck in the bottom container and finally it doesn’t even rinse right, all the soap remains on the clothes, I have to wash them multiple times. I would give minus 5 starts if I could! Luckily I bought 3y coverage that helped me to get my money back!

Best purchase! My building charges way too much to wash clothes. This washer is quality and durable. Love that you can change the amount of water used. It’s also a nice color and light enough to move around.

The good: the washing machine leaves clothes clean and almost dry; if it's delicate fabric, you can hang it up and it dries quickly. The bad: it's noisy and shakes. I live on the top floor of a building and I'm worried I'm disturbing my downstairs neighbor. So far I've used it about five times and it hasn't given me any problems except for the noise, which is a bit quieter than other machines, but it's not as silent as I expected. My clothes come out cleaner and smell better than those from paid washing machines.

Them input hose has a quick connect. It is cheap, connection spews water all over the place, instructions are a joke, nothing that addresses it. Ive used all of the provided washers, and when you try to screw in the male to the female part it doesn’t screw in more than a few threads. The whole system won’t work if you can’t plug the inlet water to a source. Im pretty ticked off that this large item,m something I can’t “rebox” and return…. Is now an elephant I have to deal with. I don’t even know who to call, manufacturer??? Im, sure I, not the only person experiencing this.

It is a flat brown/grey. Works fine.
