Then you should wait at least an hour to let the mesh/screen relax and stretch a little. You could re-tighten it the next day etc. however I do not see the point as long as the screen snaps back and is tight I never found a need to get that precise or tighten my screens that tight. If it is necessary and that is what your going towards just wait and re tighten it.
