Minimalist ingredient list and very soluble!
I think this is a great calcium supplement for those looking for a most natural way to increase their calcium intake. The ingredient list consists in vegan calcium powder only, nothing else! The plainer, the more comfortable I feel, especially if I am to take that supplement over a long period of time. Also, and as indicated on the label, the powder is indeed quite soluble and easily blends into your drink or juice, which certainly enhances its bio-availability in addition to being Calcium Citrate (citrate being perhaps the most bio-available form for calcium). I recommend this product.

粉飲みづらすぎて笑える
ミロとか飲む習慣がある人なら溶かして飲むのがいいと思うんですが 自分は甘いものが苦手で常飲してるのが水なんでマジで飲みづらくて余りまくってる…すごいでかいボトルだしいい方法探してます…
