2" is the width of the strap. 15' is the length. These fit into the e track system, they are not conventional tie down straps.

Hello, the strap on the fixed end is 1 ft long and the strap on the adjustable end is 14 ft long.

Can I tie down a car with e track straps?

No, These ends are designed to be used in an e-track bar on a semi trailer.

How can i tie the strap? i’ve seen youtube videos and tried and tried myself but i don’t got it. i just tie it a knot and pray for the best

These are only for use with an E-Track cargo system. E-Track is found on trailers, inside shipping containers and on the walls of moving trucks. These tie straps will work ONLY if you have an E-Track system with a less than fifteen foot span. If you are tying, knotting, wedging or spot welding these straps it probably isn't safe. There are likely straps for your particular purpose -- but these are not those straps.
