This is a good choice for anyone watching their carbs. Tastes great too.

We expect any food that caters to a popular eating style to be expensive, but these Keto granolas are really, really expensive. They try to counter the price by making the portion-size tiny as can be--that way you think you're getting more servings. Sure, there are more teaspoons per package than there are tablespoons. Of course there is value in eating small portions, but if you want to eat, say a cup of cereal for breakfast, really a reasonable amount (six carbs), count on perhaps three servings in the package then it's gone, empty. Half a cup, which is only, say a few spoonfuls? Six servings and you're throwing away an empty bag you paid $15 for. Point made, I hope. That said, this product TASTES very good. It's nutty and it has a light cinnamon flavor as well. Consistency is good and I really enjoyed my three bowls with some blueberries and unsweetened almond milk. I recommend the product highly for flavor and consistency, I just believe that ALL of these Keto granolas are too expensive even for health specialty products. (Of course look at mainstream cereal products, the price on those is absurd, and they are simply mainstream products, unhealthy to boot.)

This stuff is delicious! I’ve been keto for several years and I had tried the blueberry flavor they sell at Costco years ago and I didn’t like it (but I also don’t care for blueberries that much) so this one was a true find for me. Cinnamon Pecan is delicious!
