I f you love to cook or Boil Meat this is the item for you. IT is on the heavy side but man it you get great meals in this. I love my one so much thinking on buying one for my mum.The Purple color on it looks so good. I use it all the time. Plus so easy to clean and will not mark so it is very versatile and from what I seen of it will not rust unlike other ones.

Bought cheaper as had a damaged box and item listed as new condition. Saved 15 pounds. As someone who has never used that side of amazon (used item) I was really pleased. Box was damaged and item was perfect . Item is lovely, fits on hob nicely, looks expensive and cooks expensive as item does similar to Le Creuset in results. . Cooked a whole chicken and vegetables on hob and the added herbs a little stock and placed in oven with lid on. Came out wonderful. Item is large in terms of depth so need to rearrange oven shelves and probably use bottom of oven for other things but it maintained good results. Amazon has rarely if ever let me down. The piece of mind knowing if items are poor they have my back is soul soothing. I will just this side of amazon again

Have used it twice now and seems fine. No chips in enamel and heats up really nicely. Handles get hot so you must be an idiot to they link they wont.Saying that it would have been better if they added a set of handles. But a potjie is the same so used to dealing with hot handles over fire

Very heavy, does no allow stickiness, but love every bit of it, easy to clean, can be used for various cooking, no change in taste of food.Would buy again

Sent back too big & heavy, couldn’t lift it. It is also cream not white so didn’t go with my kitchen

I absolutely love this Dutch oven! The 5.7 L size is very spacious, perfect for soups, stews, and big family meals. The quality is excellent for the price—really solid and reliable. I only wish Amazon Basics made a smaller version in this same color, because I would definitely buy one too.

So first of all you should know that the lid is heavier than the pot, I do not know why. It's great, this one fits on the large burner of an average sized hob, it will do 4-6 people easy. If you go one up you won't be able to use any other burner at the same time, this size lets you use a pan on the medium burner. If you want to be able to use a frying pan and a dutch oven at once then you'll want to get the smaller size one.

Dieser Topf ist wirklich der Hammer. Das Grün ist eine wirklich tolle Farbe, die 5,7 Liter passen rein. Der Topf ist so dicht, dass bei geschlossenem Deckel quasi kein Dampf entweicht. Fast schon wie ein Schnellkochtopf! Die Verarbeitung ist Top, die Hitzeverteilung ebenfalls. Am Rande...mit einem Eisentopf kann man ordentlich Energie sparen. Einmal aufgeheizt kann man bei unserem Herd die Hitze auf Stufe 6 von 10 stellen. Er kocht weiter. Das dieser Topf ordentlich schwer ist sollte klar sein. Auch das die Griffe und der Deckelknauf heiß werden ist nun mal so bei Eisen. Wir benutzen Silikon "Topfgreifer". Hier nicht sparen und die günstigsten nehmen. Da geht die Hitze zu schnell durch. Es ist bereits unser 3 Emaille Topf und wir lieben es sie zu benutzen. Brot, OnePot Gerichte, Eintöpfe usw gelingen immer. Man muss sich etwas umstellen da die Töpfe schon schwer sind, aber die Ergebnisse sind es auf jeden Fall wert. Die Reinigung ist ein Kinderspiel, da man sich schon ziemlich dumm anstellen muss damit etwas am Boden festbackt. Eine ganz klare Kaufempfehlung!

First of all it’s a beauty.... it’s sturdy and very useful product can be used for boiling frying cooking etc. it’s a investment. If taken care vll last a lifetime. Worth every penny. Extremely happy and excited.

Ich verwende den Topf hauptsächlich zum Brot backen aber auch ab und an zum Kochen von Saucen und Eintöpfen. Für beides eignet er sich wirklich gut. Mein Brot backe ich anfangs bei 270° die der Topf trotz der vom Hersteller angegebenen max 204° im Ofen gut aushält (bezieht sich vermutlich auf den Knauf des Deckels). Für den Preis kann ich den Topf nur empfehlen.

Leider nach 3 Jahren defekt und nicht mehr zu gebrauchen. Kam in der Zeit ggf. 7x zum Einsatz. Risse am Boden. Und ja, es wurde richtig und sachgemäß damit umgegangen. Schade, da es eigentlich einen wertigen Eindruck machte.
