NSK 80SSF0929DDU Engine Timing Belt Tensioner Pulley

It works just fine as a belt tensioner. It came packed in the manufacturer box, so it was legit. I used it on my 07 Suzuki Grand Vitara, end haven't had any problems since installation last month. I have put it through some hard runs and it has worked flawlessly. I put a few notes below to help with installation; this was my first time tu change a belt tensioner, I hope they help. First, put a little anti seize on the bolts. Once you have the adjustment bolt in finger tight, slip the belt on. I went to the accessory pulley's first, and then the tensioner. Mine was difficult, but I used a small dab of silicone lubricant to help. You need to bolt through the adjustment side first, this way you can tighten up the belt too recommended specifications. (To set tension, use a hex bit driver or allen wrench) Once the belt is tensioned, lock it down. At that point you can send the second bolt home. Done.

This product itself seems fine but it doesn't come with a new bushing that mounts to the block. You'll have to use the old one and if you have 100k miles like mine that bushing has become mis-shapen.
