My daughter wears them everyday
While these aren't the most stylish glasses around, my daughter says they help her immensely with light sensitivity at school and in other places. Bright, fluorescent lights really aggravate her chronic headaches. She wears them everyday and I highly recommend them. We bought the combo but she uses the indoor glasses the most, even outdoors unless it is very, very sunny (when she switches to the sunglasses version). They have not reduced her headaches but they definitely make life more comfortable for her.

Migraine Game Changer
Look, this thing is a game changer. I have chronic migraines without aura, intractable, with status migrainosus. You know that moment when any form of light feels like lasers into your eyeballs? This blocks it. I wear them in the office, commuting, and even at home. It really does make your migraine symptoms more manageable. I noticed a difference the first week. I have less time fighting off pain from light sensitivity and more time focusing on my work that is mostly done on a computer. It gives you extra time for that last "umph" you give to wrap it up and get home before the migraine takes over. Thanks Theraspecs! PS... you should hire me to be a spokesperson ;)

Great glasses!
I bought a cheap pair of glasses that didn’t work for me so I figured maybe if I spent some decent money, I’d get some decent results. Boy was I right! These glasses help me so much. If my eyes start to hurt, as soon as I put them off, the pain is cut in half! If I wear them preemptively, I can also prevent headaches. So far they’ve been a godsend. I swear I have the worst light sensitivity. I’ll also add it didn’t take long for my eyes to adjust to the glasses. In fact I felt immediate relief from the moment I got them. No regrets!

Fantastic Light Sensitivity and Migraine Relief
These are fantastic. I could notice a difference as soon as I put on the indoor frames. The reduction in eye strain and relief they provide during a migraine are amazing. TheraSpecs customer service is fantastic, too. I contacted them for darker outdoor frames and they were so helpful with the exchange. 10/10 would recommend.

Causes migraines
I boight these in hopes they would help my migraines, but when I wear them I get migraines instead! They also made my vision blurry while wearing them and a residual effect of this when I took them off.

So helpful
These have helped me SO much! I’m in school 8+ hours several days a week and I was having to wear my sunglasses and take migraine medicine. These are a lifesaver! I am extremely light sensitive - to the point I have to wear sunglasses when it’s cloudy - and these are so helpful! I did lots of research and decided to give these a try. They aren’t comfortable around my ears, but I probably just need to adjust them.

These glasses are just what I needed. I suffer with vestibular migraines and these glasses really help me. The rose ones really help with blue light. I would be lost without them. They look good and feel great on.

The inside pair did not take long to adjust to. The outside pair as soon as I started moving in a vehicle I had to take them off, I'm still getting used to the outside pair after a week. These were recommended to me by my neurologist after a severe concussion 4 months ago. These truly do work the inside pair anyway, Especially on screens such asuch as phones computers etc. They are pricey yet I still have to talk text everything as I still cannot even type yet And without these I would only be able to be on the phone or screen for 10 minutes at a time. Now I can last up to 2 to 3 hours.

For the price, these are so cheaply made. The plastic frame feels like something bought at a dollar store, with a big "CE China" white print on the inside of the leg. It's unbelievable. Vision-wise, I didn't enjoy these at all, the seem to amplify contrast in a way that makes everything even more intolerable than it already was. It could specific to me, but given the cheap construction of the frames I tend to assume the lenses themselves might be cheaply constructed as well. I just can't believe the price they charge for this thing.
