Not worth it
I used it for a month, itโs not as wide and big or filled like the picture. After a month the inside came out and it burned in the mircowave.

Smells awful
This neck warmer smells absolutely dreadful. It's very soft and comfortable but the smell is intolerable

Worth it Once Figured Out
It takes a number of attempts to get the temperature to my liking, but once accomplished, definitely happy with it.

Must have for tight muscles!
This is a must have for tight muscles and migraine sufferers! Heat in microwave for 2.30 or 3 min and put on the shoulders or strap across one side. Added collar is really nice to get heat up onto the neck/base of head. Has good weight, smells good, stays in place and very effective!
