Apple iPhone 14 Pro Max, 256GB, Deep Purple for Cricket Wireless (Renewed)

It is a very good phone. It met most of expectations. It had only two problems. First of all, it had micro scratches on the screen and the bezels which I feel should not be on an excellent condition smartphone. And lastly, it had a battery health of 85% which I was not expecting. Anyways, "I’m really pleased with my new iPhone; it's proven to be great value for money considering all the features and flaws it offers.". Overall this is a very great product and I will recommend it to friends and family.

I bought two phones, one came 100 percent battery health the other 82. I ordered both excellent condition and 128 they have no scratches but still i feel as if the health was a bit to low. But other than that it was fine.

Definitely the worst purchase ever. When I bought the iPhone 14 Pro Max, the description said it was in excellent condition. However, it was the complete opposite. The screen had been replaced, and it displayed an "unrecognized part" message. The touch screen at the top and bottom is constantly malfunctioning. The battery arrived showing 100%, but it drained incredibly fast. After just a few days, it wouldn't go above 1%, even though I always used the original charger. It still showed an "unknown part" message. And the worst part is that days later, the top earpiece started malfunctioning. It's absolutely a lie what they sell as a product in excellent condition. I absolutely do not recommend this seller.

Good quality, nice phone, worth price, but overheated a lot when setting it up, hottest point is upper right portion of back of phone.

It’s runs decently. I purchased this phone as “excellent,” it can with 85% battery health, and has several dings and other minor scratches on the exterior. I would suggest looking elsewhere.

I liked the 14s. Had a plus for 4 years. Needed and upgrade, like the deep purple this model comes in. I def needed the storage update. Phone functions fine. battery health is 85%. But it’s refurbished? So I guess that typical for a 5 year old phone. Not really any complaints - just that the front screen is weird, it seems to have what look like water spots, but they aren’t. And they don’t wipe off.

I bought 2 phones on February 14th. One for me and one for my fiancé. Mine was delivered in 5 days and was in perfect condition, I love it. My fiancé’s was not delivered until March 5th. Obviously, I spent a lot of money on these phones. When his was delivered and opened, the first thing we noticed was there was already a screen protector on the phone and it was cracked in 2 different places. The next thing we noticed was that the phone would not charge using a wireless charger. His phone also runs out of battery super fast despite the battery life being 95%. The battery only lasts him 3 hours max while using the phone, compared to the one that I got that lasts 2 days before having to charge it and I use mine more than he uses his. His phone keeps freezing and does not allow him to use the screen until he turns the phone off and then back on. I am happy with the phone I received, but the experience with the one he got has been nothing but trouble. Overall, not very happy with my purchase all together and now out of the money that was spent. When you spend $1300 on a product ($650 each) you expect something that actually works decently. To be clear, we didn’t expect something perfect, but having this many issues is outrageous.

The display had already been replaced, and the screen cracked immediately after a very minor impact — even though I was using a screen protector. This is the first time I’ve had such a bad experience with a phone purchased from Amazon.

Phone came in excellent condition. Battery capacity was 86% which is normal for the age of the phone. Box was not original, but it states it may not be. Works perfectly so far.

I ordered the iPhone 14 Pro Max from this seller, as it looked like a pretty good deal. When I received the phone, there was something off. I knew it was refurbished and not new, but this was a whole other thing. First, when it arrived, it came in a random white box, with just a regular iPhone cord. Second, when I was holding it, something was off; it was too small to be an iPhone 14 Pro Max, which is 6.7 inches. This phone was more like 5.88 inches, and I did measure and pull out a measuring tape. I ordered a big phone on purpose, and to receive a small one was such a waste of time. Not to mention, there's usually a price difference between the two phones. Third, the screen had this barcode that was stuck on it, and it was not on the page or in the software; it was the actual screen. So my new phone would have this barcode permanently fixed on its screen forever. Fourth, as I was uploading my stuff from my iCloud, the phone started to get very hot, and I could feel the metal starting to heat up. In the end, i ended up returning the phone. It was worth having it, and would rather stick to my older one, get a refund and then go right to apple or buy one in person instead.

Love it, its like brand new. Battery health also 100%, hope nothing trouble further

Pretty good so far. Very good , no issues as yet Would buy it again.
