Review after 28 days : At the beginning was working perfectly, perfect noise cancellation, the other people in the meeting could not hear any background noise from my end. Now after 28 days, the sound has decreased, it’s very very low, I tried connecting, reconnecting, switching off, on, charging full but i can hear very low sound from the earphone.

Works great, other than some minor annoyances. Calls are clear, minimal delay, and a comfortable fit. The audio from the microphone is also clear and has solid noise cancellation, making it nice for the person you're on call with to hear you clearly. Pairing is fast and connects quickly. There are two issues I have with the device. Tt has an unusually long time to hold the button to turn the device off. And sometimes it simply refuses to turn off without several attempts. My other issue is, as far as I can tell, there's no way to prevent the device from turning on and pairing when removed from the charging case. This makes it impossible to use mid call. You'll be forced to the device connecting midway holding it and trying to put it on (which itself takes some time to turn correctly from the folded position it sits in while charging). It also makes it very frustrating to charge the device, then remove it to carry with you to use later, only to find out it has been on the entire time and has run the battery down (as well as unable to hear your phone making any sound since the audio will route through the device, making you miss calls potentially). This is a massive problem in design, but perhaps I am missing a way to prevent it from turning on when removed from the case.

thought i would use this ear in for work, but the way the ear pice bends in, did not fit (my admitidly) oddly shapped inner earl. as such, can't comment on connectivity or muting or longevity...i never used them and plan on giving to a friend.

I bought this headset for work - I work remotely. I love that it's not a true headset because those give me horrible headaches. The initial set-up of the headset was simple and quick. I do recommend charging it fully before using it. When storing it, you have to make sure that it's fully flat and connected to the charging prongs. I didn't do that the first time, and it didn't charge fully. The fit in my ear is great! I was initially worried that it would fall off easily, but it's super snug. The Bluetooth connectivity is great, and it has an excellent range. I can run to the kitchen or bathroom without any concerns that it will disconnect. I've even accidentally dropped it when putting it away, and the durability is great. My only recommendation would be to position the buttons somewhere else on the headset. The mute button is at the end of the microphone, so people can hear rustling when I'm trying to mute myself. Overall, this is an excellent buy!

Pros: 1. Adaptable - in addition to working with the left or right ear the angle of the ear canal piece can swivel to fit multiple kinds of ears. 2. Battery - I used the device for a full work day with no charging and it was at 70% at the end of the day not to mention additional capacity in the case. The battery behind the ear also helps keep it from falling out. 3. Sound isolation - my home office is separated by only a thin door to a room with a baby grand piano and people on the line cannot hear the piano being played in the background. 4. Multi-source support - I have it paired to my laptop and my Android phone at the same time and somehow it is able to switch seamlessly between the two when I get a call on Microsoft teams or my cell phone pausing media on the other device. My old Plantronics was frustrating to use between multiple devices. You don't have both audio feeds at the same time but switches in a natural way without fear of missing calls. Cons: 1. Size - the case fits comfortably in my pocket but unlike smaller earbuds I can't have my keys or wallet in that same pocket comfortably. 2. I'm generally not a fan of earbud Style that's lodged in my ear canal but there are advantages such as better bass sound and plugging that ear from outside distractions. I find that you have to have it adjusted just right to not sound muffled and stay in place but once you find that sweet spot it does work pretty well.
