Perfect replacement for the one I broke. Stupid me trying to separate frozen fruit. Learned my lesson!

My pairing knives for my 20 piece set went missing. I really wanted to replace them because it’s such a great set. So I bought the knife. I’m so glad to have it. It’s super sharp, easy to use and looks wonderful.

We had bought the set of Henckels knives and loved them all. The handles are very comfortable and have a nice weight fit to them. The blades are quite sharp, so cutting is effortless, even after about a year of daily use. They wash easily, sop we don't put them in the dishwasher. We have seen no staining or rusting so far. Unfortunately, while using one of the paring knives to separate some frozen sausages, I broke off about 1 in. of the blade. Yes,, I know this is a stupid thing to do, but I was in a hurry, and ... I was very happy to find that the paring knives are a stock item, and ordered two (in case I were to forget my lesson someday). They are a perfect match to the rest of the set. I strongly recommend the full set and especially the ability to replace or extend them.

Accidentally threw out my original knife and was happy to find the identical replacement on amazon. Its good quality, does not rust and is very sharp.

So sturdy and sharp!
