Be aware of this company!
I ordered 3 vessel sinks with overflow features from this company since I always liked the look of a vessel sink. When I received them, they looked great but they added the height to the countertop which I realized that it would be a problem for someone who is short to use it comfortably. Since it said that the company would give 30 day refund or replace that I just went to Amazon website to print return labels. They were going to charge around $80 or more to return them. I called the Amazon to see whether I could return them without paying that fees. The company sent me an email with return labels right away which I was grateful. However, one label was for UPS and the other two was for FedEx when I took them to FedEx to ship them. I emailed back to the company and they agreed to send me 3 FedEx labels. I sent 3 vessel sinks through FedEx and I didn’t hear back from the company for a week. I contacted them to see if they received them and also attached the receipt from FedEx. They told me that they got 2 of them and one was missing. I went back to FedEx and they told me to send the delivery confirmation for the one that they were insisting that they didn’t receive. I emailed back to them with the delivery confirmation. They insisted that the tracking number didn’t match the return label they sent to me. They asked me send more additional information or proof to get a full refund.I looked it over and it was the right return label they sent. They just didn’t want to give me a full refund then. Finally I called Amazon after a few weeks trying to work with this company and I was too frustrated with them. Amazon gave me a full refund. A guy from that company called and tried to explain their policy and restocking fees… I could not understand his English much. I will never use this company for anything in case I need to return something back to them.
