I’ve been using this saffron for a couple dishes lately, and I’ve actually really enjoyed it. Clean and bright, and they have that strong saffron smell that hits you when you open the jar. Great quality
I've tried a few different brands now ant this by far has the best flavor and color. I keep this tin of saffron threads in my pantry now all the time and use it whenever I'm making tea, rice, or a paella that needs that real saffron color and aroma. It's not cheap per ounce, but since only a small pinch is needed per dish, one tin lasts me a surprisingly long time.
