I bought this set for my daughter and she thinks it’s the most adorable thing. She uses daily and it’s highly recommend for matcha lovers!

Great little tea set that would work well as a gift because of the cute presentation. We are new to the “official” way to make matcha so I don’t know if all of the elements in this set are necessary or if anything should be included that isn’t. My daughter is the matcha fan and she has a lot of fun setting it all up to make “fancy tea”. As for the matcha itself, I’m not a huge fan of the flavor but making a little ceremony out of it (a la Karate Kid style) creates a core memory and a new tradition for Sunday mornings that we can share.

This is the perfect little gift set for someone who either really likes traditional matcha in general or someone who has an interest in traditional Japanese tea ceremonies. It comes with everything but the matcha itself. The pieces are well made, and the pattern is clear on the bowl and whisk rest. They also came well padded in their own box, which is handy for travel or storage as well. I have only hand washed the pieces, but they were easy to clean and it works well as a set.

I recently received a matcha powder set as a gift and didn't have any of necessary tools to make said matcha! This kit really fit the bill! I used every single piece in this 8 piece kit and my matcha came out beautiful! Not powdery/gritty at all and as good as I've ever gotten from a coffee shop! The peaceful green color was beautiful and really enhanced the color of the matcha! I felt the shape of the bowl was very comfortable as well! Overall, highly recommend for any other matcha newbies out there!

Nice set but the wooden spoons were missing

I love almost everything about this set. The bowl is just the right size, shape and look. The whisk holder matches. The two scoops are good for traditional or practical use. The sifter is larger than most with a finer mesh. It comes with a nice absorbent tea towel with a nice image. It even has a small ceramic scoop rest, a first for me.What disappoints me is that like many matcha sets, the whisk is not a "100+" tine model as claimed, and as printed on the whisk label. I only count 62 tines. This is too big of a difference to be accidental. More tines mean better foam and a smoother matcha.

The color is sooo pretty in person—such a calming matcha green! The quality feels great, and the packaging was super sturdy with plenty of bubble wrap to keep everything safe. It’s both aesthetic and functional, perfect for anyone wanting to enjoy a traditional Japanese tea ceremony. I love matcha drinks, and I love this matcha set!! Definitely recommend!

This set has everything you need to easily make high quality matcha drinks. In fact, without these tools it's much harder to properly sift then mix the matcha. I got the matcha green color and it is quite lovely. Scoop, sift, then whisk. The bamboo whisk works quite well and the drying stand is handy. Only wish this also came with a carrying case. Makes a great gift or treat yourself to a matcha ceremony kit.
