The quality of the product is really nice however it was too short for my foot. I’m a size 6 1/2 so I got the small, but I could feel the edge of it under my toes. I only knocked off one star just because it was the wrong size, The quality deserved it’s stars!

Make sure the shoe has depth depends how how much height you need. These in soles kind of slide a little when inserting your foot.

Fighting with drop foot in both feet while learning to walk again. I was able to stack the smaller wedge pieces for both feet differently. I used just the 3/4" wedge for the left and used the other 3/4" wedge plus three of the 1/4" pieces for the right. My feet are even! I didn't use the adhesive to stick the base wedge into my shoe, but did use it to stack the smaller pieces together. They work wonderfully and my feet no longer scream in pain while practicing with my walker. As my ankles start to heal I will be able to lower the wedge levels in my shoes with no problems. This is going to take a whike but I dont think these will wear out anytime soon. Well made, do not retain odor, and very comfortable. Because of the great price, I bought a second set for the pair of shoes I will be wearing around the house so I don't have to switch them back and forth. Definitely recommend!

Would be better to make purchasing for right or left foot available when another aren’t needed

I have an imbalance due to a broken hip (car accident) this product has changed my life for the better. Just have the patience to find the height and fit for you.
