Hopefully Ceylon cinnamon is used?

Not sure about Ceylon Cinnamon, All I know is I take it twice a day, and my A1C has dropped below "Diabetic" levels along with my other meds. At one point I was like 8.6 and now I'm like 4.8 (I think?) My doctor is impressed with whatever I'm doing, I'm sure these are part of my success.

How big are the capsules?
